What is AIDCOM?

AIDCOM is a proprietary framework I created to help businesses solve complex problems through a combination of Artificial Intelligence, Innovation, Design Thinking, Communication (via PCM), Organizational Strategy, and Monetization. What is PulseType and how does it help?

PulseType is a diagnostic tool based on the Process Communication Model (PCM) that identifies how individuals and teams communicate, process information, and respond to stress. It helps uncover hidden dynamics that impact collaboration, alignment, and leadership—so solutions can be tailored to how your people actually work.

How does the "bottleneck diagnostic" work?

We use a Theory of Constraints-inspired model to assess where flow is being blocked—whether in your systems, processes, people, or data. This diagnostic becomes the foundation for targeted strategy and action using the AIDCOM framework.

What happens in a 2-hour strategic planning session?

We’ll identify your organization’s most pressing bottleneck and co-create a clear, actionable roadmap using AIDCOM and PulseType insights. You’ll leave with immediate next steps, clarity, and momentum toward your goals.

Is this only for large companies?

Not at all. AIDCOM and PulseType are scalable. I work with startups, small teams, mid-sized companies, and executive leaders—anyone facing complexity and looking to create structure, clarity, and results.

Can this work virtually?

Yes. All sessions, diagnostics, and planning can be delivered virtually. If you're interested in in-person workshops or leadership intensives, we can coordinate travel and facilitation.
