Jeff Hendrickson
Jeff Hendrickson started his career at the Pentagon, the Department of the Navy, and the Defense Intelligence Agency — environments where strategic clarity under pressure wasn't optional. That grounding shaped everything that followed.
Over the next twenty-five years, he worked across Fortune 100 companies and high-growth startups on four continents, running strategy, transformation, and organizational change initiatives at the senior level. He has been inside the room where the difficult calls get made, and he has watched what happens when organizations mistake activity for strategy.
He founded AIDCOM Consulting to bring that depth of experience to organizations navigating the decisions that matter most — particularly at the intersection of AI adoption, organizational design, and the leadership capability required to execute at speed.
He also teaches AI and strategy frameworks to thousands of students through Udemy, produces short-form AI content via the AImagine YouTube channel, and has developed Archemetrics — a proprietary methodology for individual and organizational alignment.
